Let's GTD!
GTD? That's right! Getting things done! They're three easy words to say, but super difficult to follow through. However, James introduced us to the GTD method shown in the diagram below:
It's actually so important as a teacher (and any other occupation really) to have an efficient workflow in order to "get things done" and not end up in hospital from overworking or having to take stress leave every term. It's like the "life version" of baby stepping - breaking things down and organising things efficiently.
Also, research has proven that doing exercise in the morning will help us be more productive! Time to put on some gym gear and go on morning jogs...
