I wanted to create a digital resource that would be easily accessible for students both during and off class. I decided that a website was the best way to store and organise all the necessary resources and activities with audio, documents and general information categorised and clearly labelled, as well as visually appealing for students to stay motivated. As my program includes a variety of activities from sight singing, to melodic dictation, musicology/aural activities on set works and general tips for comp/perf/aural, a tab for each topic would be perfect as students can choose whichever specific components they wanted to work on when given 'individual catchup' time during class. Although the majority of resources are to be available on the website, I did not plan for the entire unit of work to be based on the website resource only, as I believe it is crucial to spend time bonding together as a class, participating and engaging in active discussion and activities.
